From payment to departure, every scooter is prepared carefully before it leaves our workshop in Vietnam.
We accept payment by bank wire transfer or debit and credit cards through third-party payment processors. Full payment must be received before shipment.
Our scooters are shipped weekly, with departures scheduled every Sunday. Shipping documents are sent to the customer's address according to the shipping method selected, generally either within two weeks or one week before the scooter's estimated arrival.
Before dispatch, each scooter is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Fuel is drained from the tank as required for safe transportation, and the machine is carefully prepared for international transit.

The scooter is wrapped in protective bubble wrap to help safeguard the paint and finished surfaces from dirt, scratches and contact during transit.

Custom Crating
Secure in Wood
The scooter is placed securely inside a custom-made wooden crate with protective padding on all sides to reduce movement during transportation.

International Transit
Ready for Export
We oversee the packing process and ensure the machine is properly prepared before it begins its international journey. Depending on the destination, fumigation may also be required to comply with local regulations.

In the unlikely event that your scooter arrives damaged, the condition should be documented immediately with the handling agent.
Please request a damage report from the handling agent at the time of delivery, including the agent's stamp and signature.
Once the report has been obtained, send the documentation to us. We will work with the shipping company to pursue compensation for damage incurred during transit.
