Every Dolce Vita scooter is restored with careful attention to craftsmanship, mechanical condition and road readiness.

Our Limited Warranty provides defined coverage for eligible components, while our long-term support continues beyond the warranty period.

If a covered component fails due to a qualifying mechanical defect during the applicable warranty period, Dolce Vita Scooters will provide a replacement part in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

02 / Warranty Coverage Covered / Excluded Components

What is covered.

The Limited Warranty applies to eligible components that experience mechanical defect or failure during the applicable warranty period.

Coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, neglect, maintenance items, accessories or components specifically excluded below.

Covered Components

Eligible components.

Subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty, coverage may apply to mechanical defects or failures involving the following components:

Fuel System Fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors, carburetor and fuel pump
Electrical System Alternator, regulator/rectifier, engine control module and ignition coils
Engine Components Crankshaft, cylinder heads, pistons, camshafts and cylinders
Braking System Brake calipers and reservoirs
Exhaust System Muffler, exhaust pipe and variable exhaust control
Chassis Forks, shocks and swing arm

Excluded Components

Not covered.

The Limited Warranty does not cover components outside the covered list or items affected by normal wear, maintenance requirements, neglect or age-related deterioration.

Wear Items Tires, batteries, spark plugs, filters, belts and lubricants
Accessories Accessories and other non-covered optional equipment
Maintenance Routine servicing, maintenance and consumable replacement
Neglect or Misuse Failure or damage caused by neglect, misuse or conditions other than a qualifying mechanical defect
Age-Related Components Due to the age of vintage scooters, the engine and main frame are not covered under this Limited Warranty

Warranty coverage is determined based on the condition and cause of the reported failure. Dolce Vita Scooters reserves the right to inspect the scooter and determine whether a reported failure qualifies under this Limited Warranty.

03 / Making a Claim Notification / Inspection / Replacement

If something goes wrong.

If you believe a covered component has failed, contact Dolce Vita Scooters as soon as possible during the applicable warranty period.

Please contact us before arranging repairs or replacing the affected component. This allows our team to review the issue and determine whether the reported failure falls within the Limited Warranty.

Report the problem.

Notify Dolce Vita Scooters promptly and provide details about the scooter, the affected component and the problem you have experienced.

Review

Let us assess it.

We may request photographs, videos, technical information or other details and may require an inspection of the scooter before approving a warranty claim.

Resolution

Receive the replacement.

If the failure is determined to be covered, Dolce Vita Scooters will provide the applicable replacement part free of charge in accordance with this Limited Warranty.

Important

Warranty claims must be reported before repairs are carried out. Dolce Vita Scooters is not responsible for diagnosis, installation, labour, transportation, loss of use or other costs associated with repairing a covered component unless specifically agreed in writing.

04 / Limitations Use / Maintenance / Responsibility

Keep the machine right.

Vintage scooters require appropriate care and regular maintenance. Warranty coverage depends on the scooter being reasonably maintained and used in a responsible manner.

The Limited Warranty does not extend to failures or damage resulting from conditions other than a qualifying mechanical defect.

Normal Wear

Wear is part of ownership.

Components that naturally wear through normal use are not covered. This includes tires, batteries, spark plugs, filters, belts, lubricants and other consumable maintenance items.

Care & Maintenance

Regular care matters.

Owners are responsible for appropriate servicing, maintenance and care of the scooter. Failure to maintain the vehicle properly may affect warranty coverage.

Neglect & Misuse

Use it as it was intended.

The Limited Warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications or other conditions unrelated to a qualifying mechanical defect.

Repairs Before Approval

Contact us first.

Do not authorize repairs or replace a suspected covered component before contacting Dolce Vita Scooters. Repairs carried out without prior notification may not qualify for warranty coverage.

Because every scooter is a vintage machine, its age, previous history and condition must be considered when assessing a warranty claim. Warranty coverage applies only to the components and circumstances expressly covered by this Limited Warranty.

Support beyond the warranty.

Our relationship with you does not end when the warranty period expires.

We remain available to help with technical questions, replacement parts and general ownership support for your Dolce Vita scooter whenever we can.

Contact our team when you need guidance on maintenance, operation or technical questions relating to your vintage Vespa or Lambretta.

Replacement Parts

We can assist with replacement parts and help identify suitable components for your scooter, subject to availability.

Even after the warranty period, you are welcome to contact Dolce Vita Scooters for general assistance relating to your scooter and its continued ownership.

Support provided after the warranty period is offered as a customer service and does not extend or renew the Limited Warranty. Replacement parts and other services may be subject to availability and applicable charges.

06 / Legal Terms Vietnam Law / Jurisdiction

The terms behind it.

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Viet Nam and should be read together with the terms applicable to the purchase of the scooter.

Any dispute concerning this Limited Warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Viet Nam.

Governing Law

Governed by Viet Nam law.

The enforcement and interpretation of this Limited Warranty, and any claim arising from it, are governed by the laws of Viet Nam.

Jurisdiction

Claims handled in Viet Nam.

You agree that claims relating to this Limited Warranty, including claims concerning an alleged breach of warranty, may be brought before a competent court located in Viet Nam.

Severability

One provision does not affect the rest.

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is determined to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed or limited to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the scope, components, conditions and procedures expressly described on this page. It does not replace or modify other written terms that may apply to the purchase of a scooter unless expressly agreed.
